WARNING! POETIC CHANGE IS in FULL SUPPORT MODE. Normal Operation will Resume after May 17th pending, the outcome of those who we are supporting.
We are in support of the Proud 16 Black Women in West Point's Class of 2016.
They are currently under investigation, and may not be able to graduate because of a picture that was posted to social media and is being exploited by their peers with deceptive motives. Poetic Change helps organizations innovate.
We understand that as organizations grow and evolve, some will want to cling to what makes them comfortable. We are here to help, to educate, and to promote innovation within our armed forces, and our nation. How did we get involved? Our founder is a former West Point Cadet, who personally knows and has worked with many of the ladies involved. She and many within Poetic Change understand the obstacles faced by intrapreneurs ( people who take ownership of there role in an organization) who are helping their organizations grow. We want to see West Point grow, and we know the U.S. Army must remain innovative to continue to be a competitive force. We are here to help.
Normal Function of this Site will resume after May 17th, pending the results of the Investigation. Until then, you will hear these ladies stories, as well as the stories of many West Point Graduates and Cadets about the struggles that they overcame to graduate from the United States Military Academy at West Point
